Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is appropriate for those dealing with personal feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or for those who are just seeking personal refinement and improved self-worth.

Many individuals will seek therapy to work through specific life changes or stressful life events such as grief, illness, relocation and interpersonal relationship issues. Those in couples or family therapy may also find benefit in individual sessions to explore oneʼs inner thoughts & feelings and improve self evaluation and regulation.
